Continuing Education (CE) Credits

CONTINUING EDUCATION OFFERED

 

Substance Use Disorder
The Tribal Law and Policy Institute is approved Provider #192 by the California Association of DUI Treatment Programs to sponsor continuing education for Alcohol and Other Drug Counselors certified by CADTP. The Tribal Law and Policy Institute maintains responsibility for this training and its content. Not all sessions may be approved for Substance Use Disorder credit. The Tribal Law and Policy Institute will notify participants of any non-approved sessions.

 

TLPI has applied for 25 credits.​

Who Should Attend: Psychologists, social workers, counselors, marriage/family therapists, mental health professionals, nurses, Native American advocates, and all allied health professionals who work with Native Americans.

 

Course Completion: Continuing education credit is awarded on a session-by-session basis with full attendance required for each session attended. Partial session credit is not offered. To qualify to receive continuing education credit, attendees must complete the CE following materials and sign in for each virtual session attended. CE verification is mailed to attendees following the training.
